LUCUL comes from the name of a Roman general, Lucullus, known for his culinary extravagances. The company was established in 1934 by Mister Wilhelm Sheim. In 1942, it became a family limited company.

 

LUCUL was one of the first Swiss companies specialized in the manufacturing of broth, soups, sauces and condiments.

 

LUCUL exports all over the world, you find our products in butcher's shops, diverse stores, hospitals, restaurants and catering, delicatessens and in private households.

 

LUCUL is known to offer the best quality. All the basic ingredients used are strictly natural. We maintain a privileged relationship with our suppliers to guarantee the high standards of our products.

 

Since 1983 the companies registered offices are in the town of Payerne. Our production installations are modern and keep up with the latest technological developments, while preserving our home-made craftsmanship. We regularly create new products and perfection the existing ones to satisfy the needs of our consumers.
